What is it?
Our 3 month Futureproof programme
Over the course of the programme, we will take you through the fundamentals of CrossFit, teach you weightlifting basics and have you taking part in regular CrossFit classes designed by the fittest woman on earth, Tia-Clair Toomey and her coaching team! Tracking all classes on the Gym app and making sure you become futureproof!
Personal Training
One of our highly experience Crossfit coaches will take you on a journey with 12 PT sessions over the course of the 3 months to make sure you know how to perform the foundational movements for any CF class, learning how to use olympic lifting techniques such as squats, cleans and deadlift amongst other techniques
24/7 Open Gym Access
So not only do you get 12 PT sessions, Industry leading programming designed for EVERY fitness level and access to over thirty classes per week, you will also have 24/7 access to our facility, so no matter what time of day or night it is, there will be no excuses to not get in and practice those movements you learned
Access To Classes
Your coach will be able to recommend what classes to join and when over the course of the 3 months , you will have full access to everything at CrossFit Paisley - Weightlifting, conditioning, gymnastics, StrongWOD and teamWOD. you will experience the workouts, the community and the accountability that we have to offer!
